We Tap!

Newsletter for October 2021

The first month went by so quickly! Everything has gone very well! Your children are adjusting to their dance classes, and the teachers are very pleased with everyone's accomplishments!

The teachers will be taking videos and sharing with you since we are trying to be cautious with COVID and limiting the number of people inside the studio rooms.

TUITION for October is due no later then the 7th of the month by 8:30 p.m. A late fee of $35 is imposed on any late payments received after the 7th. We accept cash or checks. Please put cash in an envelope with your child's name on it; and if paying by check write your children's names on the memo line to assure proper bookkeeping. Please put tuition in the outside green mailbox. It has GRACIE and 44150 on the side. Make sure the payment goes all the way down into the mailbox.

If you are interested in ordering studio attire and/or dance bags, a form will be emailed to you the first part of October. You can put this form with payment inside the outside green mailbox. If this is a surprise for Christmas, you can indicate that on the form.

The show troupe is having a fundraiser and is selling Claire's Gourmet goodies. If you're interested see a show troupe member or ask Ms. Grace. The orders are due by Oct. 7th, and delivery will be November 4th in the evening. You will need to pick up at the studio.

Costumes for the annual recital, which is held mid-June, will be ordered the second week of December. Cost of costumes are between $55 and $90. Checks are cashed January 1st. The parent must approve the size. If a costume arrives and is the wrong size, the parent must pay $40 to exchange the costume. It is always best to order a size larger if in doubt. Remember your child will grow between now and June.

There is a bulletin board next to the lobby door, where we will post updates and information as need be.

It is appreciated that if your child is sick, to keep her/him home and if suspicious they may have been exposed to COVID to obtain a test before allowing him/her to return to dance. This is the only way we can be assured that COVID will not spread through the studio. Thank you
