RECITAL DATES: June 18th and June 19th (times and line up emailed)
Here are the Important Dates again:
The last regular day of class will be June 7th (we’re closed for Memorial Day)
No regular classes June 8th, 9th, 10th.
June 9th will be a ‘run through’ at the studio as follows for the kids to perform in the Large Room (This is also ‘make up’ time for any snow days)

June 14th is the Run Through at the Fairgrounds (only kids plus room moms allowed)
DO NOT WEAR COSTUMES, this is just a ‘run through’.

June 17th is the Dress Rehearsal at the Fairgrounds (two adults per child includes room mom, can come inside to watch – have children come dressed in outfit.
You can video tape dress rehearsal but NOT the actual recital shows.

The GG Show Troupe will be taking orders for the tee shirt and trophies. We cannot order extra tee shirts or trophies, so please if you want one, please meet the deadline. Forms will be at the studio and has been emailed to you. Turn in the forms with payment in the outside green mailbox, mark it ‘trophy/tee shirt’ and make checks payable to GG Show Troupe.
Tee shirts and trophies will be distributed at the fairgrounds at dress rehearsal on June 17th, usually outside, see staff at a designated table. Recital tickets/ribbons which are given to each student, will be distributed at the ‘run through’ at the fairgrounds on June 14th.
I will be having a meeting with the parents the week of May 17th outside by the playground during your child's regularly scheduled class to answer any questions. Updates will be emailed. Please check your email regularly. Thank you!
