Newsletter for November 2022 

It was great to see the parents at parent observation, we’re very pleased with the progress the children are making!

Thanksgiving break is the week of November 21st. No classes the entire week. For anyone who is not traveling out of state, the show troupe will be performing at the Square in Leonardtown on Friday November 25th, our time is 6:20 p.m. After our performance Santa Clause makes an appearance!

Christmas and holiday break is December 19th - January 1st, we follow the county school system.

The teachers will share their costumes with the parents the week of December 12th. This is when the parents will come in the last 30 minutes, to decide the size costume to order for your child and for parents to pay for the costume. A form will be emailed so that if possible, measurements can be done prior to class, and we can share the catalog sizing information and costume. Costumes need to be paid for the week of Dec. 12th. We cannot order a costume if we do not receive sizing and payment (cash or check). If a costume needs to be returned for exchange there is a $35 exchange fee which will need to be paid by the parents, so, if in doubt as to what size to order, go up a size. If you are not present that week, you can drop off payment and size of costume in the outside green mailbox. Email This email address is being protected from spambots. LIP SYNC is Friday December 2nd at the St. Mary’s County Fairgrounds from 6 - 8:30 p.m. We encourage kids from all the classes to enter this fun contest. This is a fundraiser sponsored by Unique Moment with Lisa and the GG Show Troupe. Entry forms and contest rules are being emailed to everyone. General admission (presales) is only $5.00 a ticket. To purchase a ticket come into the lobby Monday-Friday 5 - 8 p.m. Tickets at the door are $10 a person for anyone two years and older. This is a fun family event, and you can arrive at 5:30 p.m. when doors open to get your pictures taken with Santa’s friends: Popsicle, Max, Beethoven, and Ellie. Donations welcome!
